1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active shortly after receiving the email.

5. International Shipping

We currently do/do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs and import duties, fees, or taxes that may apply.

6. Local Pickup

We offer free pickup if you are ever around the Toronto, Ontario area. Your order will usually be ready within 24 hours and pickup will be Bayview Village. You will be notified with further details once your order is ready.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

toto collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier and file a claim.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If there are issues with your order related to shipping (damaged items, missing items, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please read our return policy for further details.
